i wanna speed up my pc?

i have a MS-6712 atx mainboard,125GB harddrive, AGP fanless graphics card NVidia 6600 256Mb, 2X 256MB chipset, sitecom internet commection. vidio card, 4x usb port,and dvd rw.. now i know every one says get a new pc but i dont have alot of money as i am a student and ive built this one so ide like to keep what i have for the most part and get it running like a beast but i need help couse im at the point im unsere hat to do to get it going fast,, also it seems atm to be saying im using anywere from %25 to %100 of the cpu usage, but ive got %85 free space can someone help me solve my issues :)
ive got enuf fans in it to gool me so thats not a problem ive got a 120mm,3x 80mm, 2x 60mm fans in it
im not 100% on this but i think i have a msi agp 8X cpu
forgot to mention im getting a 1Gb chipset
harddrive wont be an issue for me due to the fact im getting a 1Tb sata harddrive with a agp to sata converter
what tipe of cpu would fit the main board? i can find the graphics card easy enuf. its the more knolge based stuff i need help with

Magazine telemarketing scam?

Earlier this month a telemarketer called me and he was very nice and I went along with it, and I wasn't really thinking to much about what was going on so I answered his questions, and it got to a point were he had me select a few magazines that I would like to receive and I selected a few then they wanted my bank acct # and of course me being a dumb f*** gave it to him, and then we ended the conversation because his manager was going to call me and he did and he asked a few question just to verify a few things. Before the guy hung up I asked if there was any way to cancel this subscription or w.e if I did not want it and he went along saying something really fast that I couldn't catch and he hung up.

Now another company then called me a week later saying I have received free gas card and I hung up. I saw in my bank statement they (BUDGET SAVERS) charged me $25 dollars for that so called gas card and I found a number and called them and they refunded my money and that was it.

Now my main concern is this Magazine Telemarketer they said there going to charge me $68 dollars or something every few months for these magazines and I am receiving a free diamond watch with it (Do not believe its going to be real) and I have no clue who to call to cancel this, and I have read similar stories just like mine and everyone is saying they cant cancel because they have a verbal-contracts with them and what not but I do not really recall agreeing to anything I remember just giving them my bank acct. #...

So I went to my bank and closed out my account and I have opened a brand new one. Is it fine to just leave it at that or will I receive something in the mail from this company? (HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THERE CALLED IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THAT) What information should I have ready just in case they come at me with bullsh!t? Where and who can help me with this situation just so I know how to keep this under control and not have this get out of hand and ruin my life, please someone give me advice. Thank you

How will this expenditure of $3.26 B create jobs? Is this what happens when "really wealthy investors" get tax cuts? I thought that by letting them keep more of their money, they would create NEW jobs?

Of course, the reason that Burger King was allowed to be sold is because there is no demand for their product. "People aged 18 to 34 years old who account for half of all visits to Burger King outlets ...have been disproportionately hurt by the economic slump."

IMO, if we continue the tax cuts for the 98% of all Americans like Obama wants, then Burger King and companies like them would increase their business, thereby creating new jobs.

And not the other way around.

I have been with my boyfriend for 4 wonderful consecutive years. We share a beautiful son together. Im 20 and he is 21.

His mom and I have really never got along. I was his first girlfriend, he lost his virginity to me. So she's never had to deal with girls before me. He has a younger brother, He finally just moved out and got into his first relationship. His mother has ALWAYS been over barring. She use to make him print out his time worked every week and right down the mileage on his car to make sure he went to work and work only. We met at work, she would call twice a night to talk to him to make sure he was at work. He was the ideal teenager NEVER got into trouble, touched drugs, alcohol, straight A student. So she had no reason to not trust him. I wanted her to know that I really cared for her son and I wanted her to get to know me, so I called her and invited her to go to lunch or to go get pedicures together whatever she wanted my treat, mind you I was 16 at the time she said I don't hang out with teenagers and hung up on me.

Ok fast forward to now. She calls him 2 or 3 times a day. He won't answer his phone in front of me when she calls, he goes to the back room. Of course I go and ease drop. Ill hear him say things like "Yeah we got the car looked at" and he will give her every detail or 'I have work I can't make it, no I can't ask for any more time off" It drives me up the wall how she is always in our Business. She flipped out on him because he wouldn't take the day off to be with her on her last birthday, she is 42 she doesn't need her kids to miss work to make her feel special. ashe calls him every week to go to a concert. She never calls to take our son any where or to even see how he is doing, but shes got his name tattooed on her? We get into these HUGE fights over him going to concerts with her. Because we never get to do anything together. The last time him and I went out together I was 7 months pregnant, my son is now 2. This last fathers day and his birthday she calls and tells him she wants to take him to diner, she didn't even invite me. I don't know why she thinks it's ok for her to take up all his time on Father's day. Her other son lives about 30 minutes closer to her, works half the time my BF does and doesn't have a kid. But she never does any of this to him she doesn't just drop by unannounced, call all the time or ask him to go any where. I tell him why doesn't she hang out with her friends. I wish she would realize that he works no les than 50 hours a week so his son and I have very limited time with him. Sorry this is a novel but I really needed to vent.

I am to the point where I can't and wont put up with fighting his mom for his time. I feel that our son and I should be priority number 1. And im about ready to tell him it's me or her, I know that sounds crazy making him choose between me or his mother, but im tirexd of her purpoesly making plans with him when she knows we had plans. Shes very vindicting and manipulative.

So do I have the right to be as pissed off as I am or is this normal?
When he doesn't answer his cell phone she calls our house phone and says"is MY son there" she doesnt even ask how am I? no he's at work "shes say when will he be home I tell her, and she will call back for him two time or 3 times between the time I told her he'd be off. It's gotten to the point where I just hang up on her, and that's so out of my character.
Iv'e been living with this situation for 4 years now and im beyond fed up. Ive told him numerous times that he has to live with me NOT her. 97% of our fights arguments are over his mom and im sick of it.

I have two talent shows coming up one for church and one for school. K. So at lunch at school I left the parking lot with two other friends in my vehicle. Leaving the parking lot I saw no one and turned right so I could head to mcdonalds. Driving down the road aways (going 45 on a 40) I changed lanes to get to the left lane. I didn't see a lady in my blindspot and accidentally cut her off. Shrugging it thinking it was no biggy I continued my way to mcdonalds. Arriving at mcdonalds my friends and I got out of the car, only to be welcomed by a botching british lady yelling I couldve killed someone. I ignored her and me and my friends walked into mcdonalds. Forgetting my money I ran to my car and the lady was out of her car behind mine calling the cops and getting the license. I didn't say anything just walked back into mcdonalds. And I went back to school and an officer showed up and told me I'm getting a citation for reckless driving. The officer said that the lady stated I cut her off leaving the school parking lot. And I cut her off later up the road becuz I had been racing some friends. No way was I racing anyone. Something about her statement didn't add up. If I was racing I had to have been going fast. Having to cut her off twice means I shoulda been ahead of her. But somehow she manages to get to mcdonalds before me. So the officer told me I need to show up to court. And there was no price I could pay it off on the citation. The officer said he wasn't involved. It's me against her. And so I was thinking the school has cameras. I went to the janitor camera guy and we pulled up the footage of me leaving the parking lot. There was no cars behind me for a good three seconds. I had cut off no one. And the citation said the incident was at the road when I was leaving the parking lot. It also said the incident was at 11:27. But I left the parking lot at 11 31. It says I have to show up to court bla bla bla for reckless driving. So what should I do. And what's the most trouble I get in.

why are my guinea pigs so scared of me?

I have two guinea pigs; honey and willow.
They are about 9-10 weeks old we got them from a pet shop about a week ago and there was a cage with about 10 of them inside it. The pet shop owners said that they were both girls,she was very certain about it adn that they were about 8 and a half weeks old.
We brought them home and put them in my indoor cage in my bedroom but left the box in there that we brought them back in just whilst they settled in to their new home.
We didn't handle them on the first day but have been so for the past few days.Not too muc though.
We managed to get hold of them- they're very fast and had them in our living room. They seemed to be growign on me and sniffing my feet and letting me pet them but then they tried to escape and we had to grab them quickly. They now seem like they were, petrified and won't let me touch them at all.
I even put my hand a little close to them and they dart to the other side of the cage and huddle togtether- they seem very protective and one of them keeps jumping on its back but sideways or from the front?
I don't speak loud infront of them and whisper their names.
They really seem to like the sound of money and music they purr when they here it.
I had a guinea pig before but not from as young about 12 weeks old and that was on her own. I don't recall her beeing as scared as this and it got so i could coudle her and put her outside and she wouldn't run off

Do you think he's going to be OK or do you think?

Beginning of August my horse stepped on a nail. My dad got it out but of course he was limping badly. We put dresser cream on, purple spray that makes the injury heal faster, and 3 needles. We did the needles for a couple days but then my dad stopped it for a while. He was still limping, and then my dad would give him needles and spray once in a while. Then our "horsey" friends told us to get a bucket with warm water, and add 5 table spoons of Epson salt and leave his foot in there for 10 -15 minutes and do this twice a day. We done it once, a week ago and he loved the warm water. He would close his eyes and leave his leg in there like it was paradise. Ever since after we did that to his foot, he didn't always stand by his water trough, he actually goes out more with his buddies and grazes with them more. He is still limping but not as bad. We are going to soak his foot again tomorrow when my dad gets home from work. He was skinny before but he is picking up more weight. We didn't do the right thing with him did we? too soon for engagement?

My boyfriend and I have been going steady for over 4 months, and it's definitely serious. We talk about marriage in the future, but I don't want to freak out my family by getting engaged "too soon." My grandmother has offered her engagement ring for my use (I'll inherit it when she passes away anyways), but doesn't want it to be "impulsive." This ring was also my grandfather's mother's ring, and has a great deal of familial value to me.

Additional information: He spent 5 years in the Marine Corps, will be 29 in two weeks, has a steady job, a journeyman's license as a computer/electronic technician, and is hoping to go back and finish his degree starting next semester. I am almost 24, in law school with two years left, and I've been told I act like I'm in my 30s. I don't want to get married until I finish school and such, and he understands that. He wants to take care of some credit cards first as well, says he "doesn't want to saddle me with his debts from financial mistakes." He has nearly paid off all the cards.

I have no problem with a long engagement, I think it gives us more time to plan, save money, etc. Earliest I'd see us getting engaged would be December or January. I know 4 months seems fast, but we both know what we want. I just don't want to freak out my family. (Additionally, my grandma is not in the best of health, and I want her to see us happy together before she passes on). Also, he has said he wants to go spend a weekend with my parents so he can ask my dad for my hand in marriage (my parents are pretty traditional, and I'm my father's youngest, so he might have trouble letting go).

Can taking Gu before training runs help me improve faster?

I know that Gu is used primarily for long distance runs such as a marathon or half marathon, but if I am a cross country runner training for 5Ks and want to put forth my best effort every day, will taking Gu before each daily run improve my overall performance? My thoughts are that if it increases my endurance during practice, then running possibly faster and farther than i would without it each day should mean that my body gets used to running faster and farther (if you go to run 3 miles at an 8 min/mile pace but have to slow down for the last half mile, maybe next time you will be able to run the whole thing without slowing down. But, if you take Gu and run the 3 miles at a constant 8 min/mile pace, next time you may be able to run a little faster or further. At least, this is according to my logic). Am I right about this or would taking Gu before each run just be a waste of money? Even if it only helps me improve slightly i wont consider it a waste of money.
I know that the main concept of Gu is to provide the runner with easy to digest carbs (in other words, quick energy that can be consumed just before and/or during a run), but i have also read that caffeine consumption increases metabolism and stimulates HGH production. Is this true? If it is, I believe it would be very helpful.
