When driving my car across different States, how likely am I to be stopped randomly due to my tags?
If I am obeying the law? I plan on traveling west to Ohio, then south along 65 or 69, not sure which one, but going to Florida, along route 10 through Alabama,If you were a State Police, would you randomly stop me if i was doing 70 with other cars as flow of traffic or 65 without in the right lane, obeying the law? (Not speeding and thinking i wont get stopped, i mean. Random stop, would you think im a better candidate?)

"Pain & Suffering" Insurance Compensation For Auto Accident?
Hi Folks,My husband was injured July 30 an a T-bone car accident in northern California. Other driver ran a red traffic signal. Due to an independent witness, the CHP investigation confirmed that my husband was not at fault. The other driver was not injured.
Husband was removed from the vehicle and transported unconscious by Medics to the ED, and Doctors determined that he had a concussion and a broken clavicle. He woke up about 90 minutes after the accident, did not have any brain damage, and was discharged later that evening.
He spent two weeks recovering at home (bruised and in pain). Then he went back to work on light duty for a few weeks, and is now on unrestricted duty. Except for some minor shoulder pain that is getting better every day, he seems fine now.
Other driver's insurance carrier called and admitted that their client was at fault. They will reimburse our insurance carrier for the amount paid for totaling our vehicle, our $500 insurance deductible, the full cash value for the 2 weeks of sick leave used, and minor incidentials (such the cost of replacing his clothes that were cut off at the ED, a new pair of eyeglasses, and mileage to and from the Hospital for follow-up visits).
Can my husband get anything for "pain & suffering" from the insurance carrier? Should he even bother asking? If so, what would a "reasonable" amount be considered?
We aren't interested in getting a lawyer nor filing a lawsuit. We're actually glad that the accident wasn't worse, and would be fine with getting paid for our deductible, his glasses, his clothes, and the sick leave used... but still, it never hurts to ask.

m sorry for using all caps on my question i just needed as much traffic as i could get.i need your honest opinion of my story, its only half a chapter long at the moment, i do plan to write more of course if people think its good enough. its a surreal story like the movie "eraser-head" and "un chien andlous" but leans more towards the humors side of surrealism of-course there is some elements of horror in it too, its about a man named "johnny.B.goode" his name is taken from the song of the same name by chuck berry who is one of my inspirations on the story. the story follows him and some of his friends on their quest to find true beauty.

Help configuring 2600 Cisco Router?
OK, I need help with configuring a network. I am working with creating a network in CCNA Virtual Lab. I have created the IP addressing scheme of 192.168.0.0/26 to give to one router (department of at least 50 users), 192.168.0.64/25 for another router, and 192.168.0.192 for the last router. Within these, I am using 126.168.0.0/30 for the serial interface between two routers (0.1 & 0.2 for the interfaces). And am using 126.168.0.4/30 for the serial interface between the 2nd and 3rd router (0.5 & 0.6 for the interfaces). I can get into my hosts on each router and ping from that host back to the serial interfaces on the router it is directly connected to, but once I try to ping another router or user, I do not get through. I am using a switch to create VLANs but I think my problem is in the routers. Why can I not ping the serial interfaces or users on the other routers? One day while waiting on a bus stop a man selling bottled water to passing traffic began staring at me. I noticed out the corner of my eye that he watched me as I walked to and from a trashcan. It wasn't until I stared at him back and shook my head in a motion to say no that he stopped staring at me.It seems that most times when I am out and about some random man while try to get my attention. It usually starts with them mumbling something unintelligible to me. It is only when they start shouting at me that I even realize they are trying to talk to me.
Another time while walking by a bus stop some guys started yelling at me while I was on my phone. I had no idea they were talking to me because they never addressed me. When they saw that I was not going to respond to them they started yelling louder and louder as I continued to walk by.
Ladies; Have any of you ever had any thing like this happen to you?

I had a bad experience wiht a traffic cop who pulled me over for speeding last year , he was being extremely aggresive & very verbally abusive towards me for no reason , I was almost afraid thar he was gonna hit me with his baton, I think he had a bad day. Anyways, it was so traumatizing, that I decided to bring a video tape with me at all times when drivng, just in case I get pulled over again, is that legal? Can I record his conversation? Its his word against mine and usually the courts favor the copyes, I wrote a letter to the chief of police and he did not show-up in court so they dropped the case

(i know this isn't singles or dating related, but with all the traffic here i was hoping to actually get a number of answers)Over the last week or so, I've grown tired of one of my best friends. I've known him since 5th grade and he's one of if not my best friends. We go to the same college, he lives there, and I commute to school. A lot of times he asks for me to bring him home on the weekend. He's not very good at meeting new people so nothing really keeps him up at campus for the weekend, and I don't live there and we live in the same town so its no big deal to me. Well, lately he's wanted to hang out practically all the time. He was getting at me to hang out either at school or at home last Wednesday, which we did for a while. Then I brought him home Friday and spent almost the whole day with him (and another friend for some of it). Saturday I saw him for a couple hours as we played basketball with some people and Sunday he helped me with a couple other people in moving stuff out of a house, then we hung out most of the evening (once again, with another different friend) that night as well. He called me Monday too but I had a family occasion to be at. Then today, we have our last class together on Tuesday and Thursday, so we left class together and he said "so what are you doing now". I told him I was heading home and he asked why, like I should stay up there and go to the rec with him or something.
I seen him all week and kinda just wanted to go home as I had been at school all day. I told him I had things to do later (partly true actually) and that I wasn't planning on staying. He's still my friend and all, but I'd kinda just like a day or 2 to myself. Is that bad of me? Should I not be grateful that my friend wants to spend time with me? I know I'm gonna have the same ordeal on Thursday after class too.
also, i don't feel like i should even need to say this... but he's not gay. nor am i. whatsoever. that did run through my mind though like... wtf, are we dating or something, why so much time together.
I guess what I'm asking is... am I wrong to want to get away from him for a few days and just kinda do my own thing?

I have wireless with quest. I haven't had problems with it until the past week or less. I play a game called World of warcraft, this is where I realized the issue as my latency was spiking and I was getting disconnected in high traffic areas. I have never had this problem before. And the people who I share my wireless with (in the same house) are having no issues. I've rebooted my wireless router, and my computer (obviously) and nothing worked. Im wondering, is it my wireless card maybe? i'm getting full strength signals, and then sometimes It can't even find it even tho it was there a second ago, I refresh the list and its gone.Question #14:

Hello,I've been driving from work today and as I started approaching the traffic lights I've noticed the car standing right in the middle. As I approached the traffic lights I had to stop as this other car was still there (just starting to move slowly). I hate to put my own mother on a Pedestal but wow, I don't know what her problem is.. today I went out with her and she must have made over 100 sexist remarks. This woman walked past the road with 3 kids and the kids were really young like 3 or 4 and my mom screams "Walk faster WH*RE! who is the dad though?!?! I bet you all your kids have different dads" and then a grandma was driving and my yelled at her "Move you b*tch! Stupid woman" and then as we were sitting in traffic my mom randomly said "F*cking women can't drive, b*tches, I bet this was caused by a dumb woman. Wh*res!". Then we drove past my dads ex girlfriends house and my mom was getting all rude and saying things like "Dumb dirty sl*t". These are just a few examples. Even my dad was mad at the way she was acting, because he was driving he let a woman with lots of kids walk by (I think she was a Nanny) and my mom got mad at him and just flipped. I confronted her and I told her to stop generalizing all women because it was upsetting me. The thing with my mom is she tends to hate any women just for the fact that they are women. Growing up she treated my brother A LOT better than me and my sister, the fact that she hates women is obviously why. As we know many people use the positive only method of training. Being a obedience dog trainer for most of my adult life and using training techniques that fits the dog----
I would like to know how you train a dog to stop OFF lead before it runs out in traffic with treats and praise? How long would it take for you feel confident that your dog will "drop it" if it gets into something like poison?
Do you use a lead as a training tool in the beginning or do you think it is easier to just use praise and treats?
Would there ever be a occasion to use something like a prong or e-collar?
Have you ever competed in obedience trials?
I am not putting this method down. I would seriously like to know how confident you are that your dog knows commands without treats or constant praise.

Praise the Lord I'm home and safe, before the traffic jam, in Houston the truck that was in front of me, had something come out of the bed, I didn't know what it was but it was big it looked liked a half a sheet of ply wood, well it hit the grill of my car and bounced up to the roof and the trunk terrifying. Last week I went with my bff to the water slides. It was a longgg wait for the tube ride and I had to pee. Finally we went down the slide but the splashing water made having to pee worse. At the bottom pool I just peed there in the water before getting out!Also at closing time we were in the lazy river. My friend said she had to pee, lets walk to the locker room. I had to pee too, but her mom wanted us to hurry to beat the traffic leaving, not wait at the lockers. So we just let peed in the lazy river and then jumped out!

What grass to use in a shaded Texas yard?
I live in central Texas.My backyard has St Augustine, but the last couple of summers have been bad for the lawn, and I now have several bare patches. I have decided to re-sod, but am not sure if I should change to a different grass or not. The yard is well shaded by the house and trees, some areas getting little or only dappled sunlight even in summer.
Should I stay with the St Augustine? (I do like the look and feel) Or, change to another grass?
How can I keep my St. Augustine alive in those shaded and high traffic areas (I have dogs and kids).
I have extensive cedar beds directly under the trees where I am growing shade tolerant ground cover. And, these areas did have decent grass when I bought the house 4 years ago, but I likely didn't manage the lawn well enough (aerate, sufficient water, etc).
Perhaps I just need to expect to re-sod/seed regularly in those areas.
