I have an idea for a new toy. How do I invent it?
So, I've had some great ideas for some new kids' toys. I've been researching online trying to see if something else is out there similar to my idea, but nothing is. I'm really excited about this idea (honestly, I wish it were already invented because I'd want one for myself). I've researched doing patents but that takes a long time and a lot of money. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could do this? Couldn't I just contact a big toy company like Mattel or Hasbro and see if they could work with me on getting this thing invented??Question #2:
Rules on Chemical/Supplement patents?
Curious as to how i would go about getting the right to use a patented chemical (supplement) like AAKG. It is sold by nearly every company and can be purchased in bulk, why is that? How Can I Get My Patent?
I invented a new poison against the cockroaches, and it works good. Its easy to make it and better than Raid or any other poisons. The poison is not harmful for humans, and its easy to make it in 3 easy steps. Since it works very well I decided to publish it for everyone, but there is one problem, I need to get the patent so I can start selling it, but i can't afford it. Too expensive.Please help me out. My Patent Attorney used my amateur sketch drawings they were rejected he billed me & wants 2 bill me even more?
He used two of my pages. I thought he was prepping the drawing pages for my initial approval. Then he was going to get them professionally drawn and prepped with the proper dark lines, the proper angle of drawing (elongated, perspective…)and the proper figure labels. Well.. he submitted the drawings without redrawing them. The whole lot of drawings were rejected. Either USPO didn't send him the rejection letter of the drawings or he missed the letter. It's been over a year now without this being resolved. Now I went to Legal Zoom, had them redrawn myself, paid the $300. Now he wants to charge me $250 to Review these drawings! And charge me money to fill out the paperwork Form to resubmit to the USPO. Is this right? I feel he didn't prep and review the drawing in the first place. I hired him because he claims he used to work for the USPO so I felt he knew how to get this Patent done right and get it through the USPO system. I don't feel it is right. Please give me advice. I AM THINKING OF STARTING MY OWN PARTY WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK OF THESE IDEALS WHICH ENCOMPASS THE BEST OF THE BEST FROM IDEAS AROUND THE WORLD?I am thinking of trying to create a party around this basis. Politicians don't have the attitude that the average poor worker who makes 20 thousand a year is actually MY BOSS since they are the ones who voted me into office and our PAYING MY SALARY with their tax dollars. How can I serve MY BOSS(s) today to make their lives easier?
Economy: If you look at countries that have a better economy now and (happier longer living people) Norway Sweden Finland Denmark whom have way more SOCIALISM in their economy compared to America but still incentives to WORK HARDER while at the same time keeping tight tabs on businesses and the wealthy

Business of a LARGE size like 10 million or more in sales should be REQUIRED TO UNIONIZE like they are in Denmark no more of this Wal Mart low pay taxpayers take the social security tab nonsense anymore.
You are allowed to make a profit but you will pay; In countries like Denmark though you need to pay a 90% tax if you are making millions (just as the wealthy were back in the 50s in America).
Elected officials shouldn't represent someone who makes 100 million getting to keep 80 million why does anyone need that kind of money and why should you care? They can do with 10 and the other 90 million can be used for EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE.
Gun rights: Gun rights are a MUST to protect people, however training courses in the basics of firearms and why we have them should be TAUGHT IN HIGH SCHOOL as a required
class by professionals using blanks and other safety mechanisms. Having an armed society is essential, but having an armed society that doesn't know the power of what they have is a disaster.
An 18 YO with an 44 magnum not knowing how to use it is a recipe for a gun ACCIDENT and most gun accidents happen because the individual didn't KNOW how to properly use the gun. By the same token here in Montana there are few burglaries since people who are criminals are afraid of being shot as they should be if they are endangering someone's family, house or property.
Healthcare: Everyone should be entitled to "reasonable healthcare" as they are entitled to "Reasonable food and shelter". This does not mean that if it costs 5 billion to save your life society should NOT have to spend that much of it's resources to save you sorry. IF however you are sick you should be taken care of even with HIV your getting help shouldn't be dependent on if you are POOR.
At the same time healthcare needs a good dose of regulation - healthcare is in favor too much of doctors and PATENT HOLDERS. Much of what is paid goes to companies that invented a new medical device whom are getting
EXCESSIVELY rewarded. The government should regulate how much companies can make off a medical patent so as to reward them for inventing something but making sure they aren't making 800% profit margins which happens now that's sick.
Doctors especially rich ones who make over a million a year would need to have their salaries analyzed as to see how much they should JUSTLY be paid.
This is just some of the things the party would represent I could go on forever but what do people think?

I personally think it's a failure if we have such a great need for lawyers in our society, and companies like patent trolls form for the sole purpose of making money by suing people over patents and copyrights they have no intention of using for anything else (like, you know, actual production of something useful).I also hate how nobody will assume responsibility for their own actions, and anytime they get themselves hurt the first thing they do is point fingers and sue others for everything they've got.
I've also had plenty of foreign friends point out us Americans as being "sue-happy"...is there any real way to fix this?

wow, i never thought of that. In fact i am a young student in the automotive field, it not a dream cause my aim is to own, whether it's small or big but a super car factory. My brand super cars and they gonna revolutionary cause they'll just change the meaning of super cars. Stylish design, powerful engine, but no "WOW PRICE". Instead reasonable price! Its all about passion not money.

Hey, I am a 17 year Old guy.I have an Idea, but i dont know how I should go about making it a reality. I dont want people stealing it, but I dont have the money to go to a patent attorney and get it patented or to make a prototype. I have spent the past 3-4months creating it/making drawings and improving it. What should I do to protect it, I really want to show it to people/investers/companies but I cant. Is there something I can do? Can I go to a government body or something to get a grant or help? Also, it would have to be incorporated into something that already exists (if that makes sense), can I do that? wouldn't emailing myself documents be a poor man's patent?
I know the idea of a poor man's patent in regards to the US mail is a myth, as the envelope could have been opened and the contents switched, or blank to begin with.However it seems to me, if I had an idea, and I emailed myself the idea, let's say to a brand new, never used email account, I attached the various documents neccessary to PROVE it was my idea, and sent it, that this would be sort of the same thing as the US mail poor man's patent, but would suffice, as the date/time stamp on the email inbox would be impossible to fake without the email provider's assistance, something that is obviously not very likely....
now I know i SHOULD get a patent, etc, etc but honestly, if this went to a civil trial, I don't really see how it wouldn't hold up, if my lawyer logged into this otherwise unused email account in front of the jury, saw the one file that we knew would be there showing the date/time received, would be pretty obvious that my idea was created at or before that date...
any lawyers wanna shed some light on this for me...?

okay....so I'm a guy...13 years old...and this all started when one of my really good (girl) friends had her annual "schools out" party and it's always a huge party and like they had recently remodeled their house so I went inside (to where she was....it was a pool party) and she said I had to leave because her patents say no guys inside. So I walked out but they had really done some cool stuff to their house so I wanted to see really badly....so while her parents had some eating contests everyone got out of the pool and went outside to watch that (it was in the grass area of the back yard) I walked into their house via a bathroom that was designated for use by the party guests( it had a direct door from outside and then had another door leading to the house) I walked in and her room was right there...and I just looked around and there was a laundry basket right there and had all her dirty clothes in it and there was tons of dirty thongs in it and I had always been turned on by thongs and the girl is rlly hot and they were dirty thongs so I took them. So I decided to just walk back out...and ever since, I wear thongs and gstrings 24/7 secretly under everything and at school at gym there are stalls in the locker room so we change in privacy but this morning my mom saw the whale tail from the pink lace thong I had taken from my friend. What do I do? My mom made me show her all my thongs and where I got them and she took them away an won't even talk to me. And now I don't have my thongs and trust me I go insane when I'm not wearing a thong. Ugh how do I approach my mom and tell her I want to wear thongs and get my own?
